We cater to a wide range of events, including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, private parties, and any special occasion where you want to add a touch of luxury with fresh, live-shucked oysters.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Yes, we bring everything needed for the oyster shucking experience, including our custom oyster belts, shucking knives, napkins, forks, and discard buckets

We will supply our standard range of condiments for all events; freshly ground pepper & Tabasco - red, or green. When we supply the oysters for you, we will also bring our own lemons. If you decided to supply the oysters yourself, we require lemons to be provided for us. We are also happy to serve whatever condiments are supplied by you to make a shuck-tacular experience unique to your event!

We primarily serve Sydney and surrounding areas. However, we’re happy to discuss options for events further afield—just get in touch with us to discuss your location.

We specialise in Sydney Rock Oysters and Pacific Oysters, sourced from the finest suppliers across Australia. We ensure the freshest, highest quality oysters for your event.

Our staff can shuck on average 50 oysters per hour, as this allows for brief engagement with each guest, as well as top up at back of house. Our most popular package is “The Classic” which is 100 oysters shucked over a 2 hour service duration.

Absolutely! We can customise our uniform, setup, and service to match the theme and style of your event, ensuring a cohesive and elegant experience.

We generally recommend ordering 1.5 oysters per person, as we find this balances out nicely between guests who love oysters, and those who don’t eat them at all. This is a general guideline and can be adjusted based on your event.

Our team is fully trained in safe food handling and hygiene practices. We ensure that all oysters are stored at the correct temperature and shucked with precision and care to maintain their quality and safety.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a fee, depending on the circumstances.
